Dripped AF operates on a print-on-demand model. All products are custom-produced after your order is placed. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed the same or next business day after payment is received. During high-volume periods — product launches, holidays, and promotional events — processing may take up to 1 to 3 business days.

Please note: production time (printing and preparation) is separate from shipping carrier transit time. Your total delivery time includes both.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following regions:

●        Contiguous United States (lower 48 states)

●        Alaska

●        Hawaii

●        Puerto Rico

●        Canada

We do not currently offer shipping to international destinations outside of the United States and Canada.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on product type, weight, and destination:

Contiguous United States

●        Lightweight items (T-shirts, short sleeves): from $4.99 per item

●        Heavyweight items (hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets): from $7.99 per item

●        Additional items at a reduced per-item rate

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

●        Lightweight items: from $6.99 per item

●        Heavyweight items: from $15.00 per item

Canada

●        From $25.00 per item depending on product type and weight

Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $100.00 (US orders). Exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is made.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout and are estimates only they are not guaranteed. Customers will receive tracking information via email once their order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping label has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, contact us immediately at ajcalisto@gmail.com — changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the package is resent.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once a shipment has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery delays and carrier-related issues are outside our direct control. If your package appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at ajcalisto@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with our fulfillment partner and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please report this within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label.

Important Notes for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada

Orders shipped outside the contiguous United States may require additional shipping fees. Blank apparel orders shipped outside the continental US are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under our fulfillment partner's standard policy.

Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the Canadian government. These charges are not included in your order total.

Split Shipments

Products fulfilled from different suppliers or fulfillment locations may arrive in separate packages. This is normal for print-on-demand orders and does not indicate a problem with your order.
